Busy Beginnings

Hey friends! 

I'm Jenica Clement with Jenica Clement Properties.  I have been in real estate since 2013, and then in January 2022 I decided to open my own firm.  Opening your own business is a major task.  Its exciting and rewarding yet stressful and overwhelming at the same time.  All of the memberships, marketing/advertising and licensing rules & regulations, traning classes, continuing education courses etc are neverending.  But I enjoy learning new things and marketing our business and our clients biggest assets.  This is not for the faint of heart, but boy is it worth it!

Since January, we have three new agents in office.....and so far this year we've helped 24 clients buy or sell property!  We have been a part of one of the biggest decisions of their lives! What a blessing and honor.  

Why did I want to go out on my own?  I wanted to create something different for this market and our community.  We build a lasting relationship with our clients and they become close friends even through closing.  We get invited to their kids birthday parties and even their weddings!  We are genuinely happen for them and they're not just a contract to us.  Also, I wanted to support other agents in this field and be a mentor to new ones.  Other agents have become family instead of competitors.  I believe kindess, honesty & compassion aren't optional.  Its easy in this market to get busy and let things like that get pushed to the side.  We want every buyer, seller & agent that we cross paths with, feel as blessed as we do to be a part of their lives.  So, welcome to JC Properties and stay tuned for more updates, personal achievements, crazy stories & anything else we might want to share with you!
